What we do
We specialise in residential-commercial developments and remodeling while also providing energy efficient renovations. We are involved in the planning and design of industrial and commercial buildings in concrete, brick and certain steel work. We also oversee civil works including concrete, doors, machine foundations, concrete repairs, paving, stormwater sewerage, water reticulation, warehouses, factories and mezzanine doors.
What makes us different
We focus on your projects. We listen, we discuss, we research and we communicate with all clients on a regular basis. Through out the project we give timelines to get the project accomplished to the highest standards. Weekly email reports are sent out detailing accomplishments as well as a schedule for the following week. This is to identify any decisions or steps to take before continuing.
Our process
A contractor will come out to site to evaluate the intended end product of the project. The Builder will then send a detailed document to a QS in order to confirm a best priced quote. On completion of the quote, Alhim projects will then send the client a detailed cost of the project. Work will commence when client approval is received.
